"Wood Block Printing was invented in Japan in the 12th century. A block print is an image printed from a carved and inked surface of a wood block. Each print is slightly different and has its own unique texture, as they are hand printed and not digital copies.
With every process done by hand, crafting block prints is a time consuming and rewarding method of creating art. I take great pride in completing each process with my own two hands; from the graphic design, carving, printing to then digitizing and screen printing onto garments and merchandise."
